Aleris, a global recycler and manufacturer of aluminum, was in a hyper acquisition mode when Kim was with the company. Kim's participation in a number of acquisitions greatly enhanced her skills in the acquisition and implementation aspects of corporate business. Kim’s experiences and skills have enriched her portfolio of experience with insights and perspectives valuable to a wide range of clients and companies. Kim has a keen understanding of how professional disciplines fit together to create value, and of the business aspects of implementing technology.

Don is a seasoned business executive who is recognized for his leadership and innovative abilities in complex business situations. In recent years he has concentrated his efforts on technology centered companies serving the healthcare industry. Don has also provided tactical and strategic advisory and implementation services to Boards of Directors and senior executive management teams and individuals. His wide range of business and management experience has enabled him to assist and lead several companies to commercial success.
Mr. Navarro currently serves as Chairman and CEO of KPN Health a wholly owned subsidiary of KPN Management Partners. KPN Health, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, offers products and services concentrated on the extraction, normalization and aggregation of data from disparate EMR/EHR and Practice Management Systems. KPN Health delivers business software products, services and solutions to healthcare industry clients throughout the United States.
DAVID HULTSMAN, SENIOR IT STRATEGIST
Mr. Hultsman is a senior executive with more than 25 years of Fortune 250 experience, having served as Vice President and CIO/CTO for major airlines, banking software development, telecommunications services, oil/gas energy corporations, and health services. Mr. Hultsman has led significant M&A projects, long-range strategy development, global infrastructure optimization and technology innovation initiatives. He is characterized as a creative consensus builder, with leadership roles in cross industry innovation, Airline Reservation Systems development, commodity Trading Floor applications, Enterprise data warehouse solutions and large scale back office system implementations. Recent experience includes major consulting assignments centered upon corporate governance for Fortune 500 companies and interim technology leadership for the development of internet-based solutions, web-based application products and global transaction exchanges. Mr. Boyd 30 years plus experience effectively working in the private / public commercial business arena successfully developing, negotiating and executing strategies and structures involving private and public companies and entities that meet the respective objectives of communities and businesses.
Cliff currently serves as Director, Regional Business Development & Special Projects of KPN Health, a wholly owned subsidiary of KPN Management Partners. Mr. Boyd's other professional experience includes: Parkland Hospital; Chairman, Board of Managers 1999 - 2002; Parkland Hospital; Board of Managers 1995 - 2003; Charlton Methodist Hospital; Trustee 1986 – 1995; Cash Flow Management, Inc., Founder and CEO - factoring/accounts receivable financing established 1979; First State Bank, Duncanville, Texas; Former Chairman of the Board; NFL Broadcasting; Founder and CEO - owned and operated radio stations; Performed auditing functions within the Defense Department for 14 years.
CARRIE BARTZ, CORPORATE FINANCE
Ms. Bartz is a seasoned, highly reliable accounting, finance and management professional with more than 15 years of experience. Her strong analytical skills and above average standard for customer service, company loyalty and integrity have been instrumental in streamlining the efficiency of day-to-day accounting and business processes for several companies. She has extensive knowledge and proficiency with a wide variety of software and engages in high level, hands-on management of client accounting, finance, payroll, human resources and business practices. She is characterized as possessing superior problem solving and critical thinking skills that have contributed to her success with saving companies, customers and vendors both time and money. Ms. Bartz’ other professional experience includes owning her own accounting and tax business, property management and holding leadership positions such as CFO, Finance Director, Accountant, Business Manager, and Credit Manager.
DARYL SCHOUEST, ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Daryl is an experienced senior level business leader with more than 30 years of experience in project plan development and implementation, senior management, consulting, sales and manufacturing. Daryl has served on numerous senior management teams as a member of management and consultant including serving as the start-up executive for the Police Academy; working with the transit system, bank security programs and investment partnerships.
As a consultant, his experience includes sales, marketing, public relations, training and governance. He developed the mandatory police training curriculum for the State of Louisiana; sales and management training programs; served as a corporate trainer; has vast experience with start-up ventures and business renewal; served on the boards of various professional and civic organizations and has personally started, acquired and sold several business interests. Daryl graduated from the University of Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science and MBA.
